Cali Chicken Tacos
A taste of Californian sunshine with these Crunchy Chipotle Chicken Tacos. Golden-crispy chicken tossed in a smoky chipotle crumb, tucked into warm tortillas and piled high with fresh, zesty toppings. Prep
Add your crunchy chipotle crumb into a bowl and then your olive oil into a separate bowl.
Coat your chicken in the oil mixture and then coat in the crumb, ensuring every inch of the chicken is covered.
For extra crunch, double dip your meat in the crumb.
Oven
For oven baking, preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 7, place your chicken on a lined baking tray and spray with your olive oil spray.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, when done, remove and allow to cool for 2 minutes before flaking.
Air Fry
For air frying, line your tray with foil before placing your chicken in the basket.
Spray with your olive oil spray before cooking at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
HEAT YOUR TORTILLAS!
While your toppings cook, make sure you heat your tortillas!
In a frying pan over a high heat, add a little oil before heating each of your tortillas for about 40 seconds on each side until you golden with some dark spots
Wrap in a clean tea towel to keep soft before serving.
IT’S SALSA TIME!
In a serving bowl, combine the mango, spring onions, coriander and juice of your lime and mix together.
Set them aside in the fridge until you’re ready to serve, then add your red cabbage and season with salt and pepper before serving.
LOAD
