Pico de Gallo Tomato Salsa

This Pico de Gallo is bright, punchy and perfectly balanced with tomatoes and white onion. Juicy tomatoes, zesty lime, and a little chilli kick bring instant vibes to any taco, bowl, or plate that needs a burst of flavour.

Shopping List

3 Large tomatoes, chopped
1 White onion, diced
1 or 2 Chillies or Jalapenos, diced
Handful of coriander, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt and pepper

Method

In a serving bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, chilli/jalapenos, coriander and juice of your lime and mix together.

Set them aside in the fridge until you’re ready to serve, season with salt and pepper before serving.

Top Tip

If your limes are still quite ripe, roll them on a hard surface using the palm of your hand, this will release the juice and give you much more juice for your squeeze!
