Creamy Zesty Guacamole

Smooth, zesty, and just the right kick - this guac is your new go-to dip for taco nights, BBQs, or anytime you’re feeling a little extra. It’s simple, fresh, and seriously addictive.

Shopping List

3 ripe avocadoes
Juice of 1 lime (or 2 if you like it punchy)
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeño, finely chopped (ditch the seeds if you’re not into heat)
A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
1 small tomato, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Pop your avocados into a bowl and mash them up - keep it a little chunky for that homemade vibe.

Add the onion, jalapeño, tomato, and coriander. Give it all a good stir.

Stir in the lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Taste and tweak — more lime for zing, more salt for depth.

Scoop it into a bowl, drizzle a little extra lime on top, and serve with warm tortilla chips or spooned onto your tacos.

Pro tip

If you somehow don’t finish it (we won’t judge), press cling film directly onto the surface before chilling - it helps keep that gorgeous green colour.
